Here’s a cat picture I took yesterday afternoon. Not really the best time of day to take pictures and punky was sitting in a section of the patio with lots of shadow stripes, but he did look at the camera this time.
Punk is the type of cat that doesn’t like to sit still when I’m taking pictures. Usually when he looks at the camera it means he’s going to get up and walk right over to it thus ruining the shot.
I don’t think my cat photography is normally good enough to post on this blog, but I think this picture comes pretty close (besides, it’s my blog and I’ll do what I want!).

This wonderful photo is very soft and cool. Even though there is some red in the photo, it seems a cool red (is there such a thing?). But, one thing for certain is that this kitten radiates warmth–I just want to twiddle her fluff.

Today I shot this photo of my cat, Punky. We recently had to get him groomed. His fur was matted-up and he just looked miserable. After the grooming, he looks like he feels much better.
The cat-groomer did a great job, don’t you think?—check-out the little ball on the end of his tail! He looks like he thinks he’s a mountain lion.
I took the picture below a few months ago before his fur got funky. It’s not a very good picture—hand-held with low light—but I’m including it so you can get an idea of his fluff before the buzz-cut.
He’s a great cat with a sweet disposition.
